🚚 LIVNA – Refund & Shipping Policy

This page explains how we process and ship your orders, how returns and refunds work, and what to do if something goes wrong.

🛍️ Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days (domestic) or 7–14 business days (international).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

💸 Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your LIVNA experience. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund terms:

  • Refunds are available for unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • To request a return, contact info@livnas.com with your order number.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (minus shipping fees) to your original payment method.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

📦 Damaged or Missing Orders

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

❌ Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped.
